This is to advise that Mr. Tom Sherman of ARBR will be giving a lecture at
the Institute of Nonsense at the University of Befuddlement near Chicago
on
the subject "The Viscosity of Drag" in the near future. All the members of
RBT are especially urged to attend this seminal event. Other than RBT
members, only Ph.D.'s with post graduate studies under their belt will be
admitted to the lecture hall. Mr. Sherman does not like explaining things
to
idiots so there will be no questions entertained after his remarks.
Mr. Sherman has expressly requested that guards be posted at the doors so
as
to keep out a certain individual who goes by the name of Ed Dolan the
Great.
He says all he would ever do is heckle him and destroy this august meeting
of great scientific and technical minds. It may be that the fate of the
world depends on an adequate understanding of the viscosity of drag and so
we do not need any Ed Dolan's hanging around, no matter how Great,
disrupting the proceedings. Let everyone bring personal identification as
that is the only way you will be admitted. Positively no Ed Dolan's
allowed!
After the lecture Mr. Sherman will serve drinks of Livingston Cellars Red
Rose wine poured from 1 gallon jugs. Bring your own gl***** as no one
wants
to wash up after you.
