You should have just told me to go to hell the same as you should have
done 
with Ed Gin, but you carried on like a woman. Rejection does not bother me

at all, but it apparently is your number one hang-up. Just grow up and
take 
it in stride that others are going to dislike you just because you are
you. 
That is par for the course.
