Why would someone who has been on a group for a decade just go slinking
off 
into the night without making a grand and final farewell. Hells Bells, I 
have already taken 8 final farewells from these freaking cycling
newsgroups 
with much cussing and swearing and slamming of doors. Parting is such
sweet 
sorrow that you have got to do it many times. Tom Sherman will forever 
remain a mystery to me. He seemed like a man without a personality.

As Tom Keats is a philosopher like me (but not so Great, of course) I now 
give him all the wisdom he will ever need in this forlorn world in one 
succinct sentence:

"Once I wasn't, then I was, now I ain't again."
