JimmyMac and I are FINALLY in agreement. Usenet is indeed ABUSENET. If the

rest of you weren't so naive, that is how you would see it too. All human 
discussion groups MUST have a moderator.  This is as true of a community
of 
scholars as it is true of a community of scofflaws. Democracies are in 
essence Republics with lots of law and order thrown into the mix.
