I suspect that I am interested in much subject matter that Ed Dolan
has failed to expose himself to even late in life.  As for my interest
in the Tour de France ... I am interested in the race, but not the
politics and I couldn't care less about Dolan's opinion regarding the
TDF or anything else for that matter. .
