I should have crossposted this with my post on rec.bicycles.misc but
didn't so I'll just post it here anyway.
Gov Spitzer vetoed a bill that would allow Segways to use bike lanes.
There are currently enough votes to override that veto. I think it's a
really bad idea to allow segways in bike lanes and am calling two
Assembly members and one Senator that I know to sustain the veto. I
suggest other folks do the same.
