You bet - as if being visible can save you! Get the hell out of traffic
you 
blockheads!

I would never listen to anything the League has to say. They are notorious

for being thickheaded. While you are being planted in the ground as a
result 
of motorist "not seeing you", they will be taking up the matter in court
and 
wasting everyone's time. But they won't be wasting your time because you 
will food for worms at that point.
