route from barrie to north of orillia

Hello,

Thanks to all who helped me with my previous route request.

Next weekend I'm hoping to bike from Toronto to a cottage north of
Orillia.

I'm okay with the route to Barrie, but have a few questions getting
from Barrie to Orillia.

I plan to take highway 4 (11) into Barrie and then go to 11 (Burton
Ave) to 27 (Bradford st) and then to 20 (Shanty bay rd).

On the map, that looks okay to Hawkstone, but then I run out of roads.
I think highway 11 is too busy for cycling.  My goal is to get to
***berland Beach wich is just off of highway 11, a bit north of
Orillia.

Any suggestions to avoid the highway?
