The McGuinty government has announced it is proguing parliament and
will deliver a new speech from the throne in the fall session. This
means all bills on the legislative order paper die. Some
government-sponsored bills will be brought back (ie, will be included
in the speech from the throne) but private members' private bills do
not normally get such treatment.
Bill 129 is dead.
