Official distance is 185K but that depends where you're leaving London & 
where you're stopping in T.O.

We drive 5 regularly between Miss. & Burlington and it's quite busy &
fast. 
You might consider the Lakeshore/Service Rd route between Burlington &
T.O. 
But that depends where you're heading for.
