Completely agree with Tim - utter horse****.  2 days after the tube was
bombed, all but 1 line was back up and running.  The Queen has said "Been
there, done that, you won't change our way of life".  But here in
Philadelphia?  Politically motivated paranoia as the walkways on the
Benjamin Franklin Bridge over the Delaware River between Philly and Camden
are closed due to Agent Orange, err, I mean threat level Orange.  Reminds

DRPA must have forgotten to take their medicine.
