Are you ready for the ICU? Not the Intensive Care Unit, but the
Intensive Climbing Unit!
SCU announces the Intensive Climbing Unit (ICU) route for the Lake
Nockamixon Century. Ride 107 miles with 500-ft more climbing than the
non-ICU century route. The ICU route includes three extra-hilly
segments that are not part of the standard century route.
The 107-mile ICU route is in addition to the 25, 50, 75, and 100-mile
routes that were previously announced.
The 28th annual SCU Lake Nockamixon Century will take place on Sunday,
August 27, starting from Central Bucks South High School, 1100 Folly
Rd, Warrington, PA 18976.

August 27, starting from Central Bucks South High School, 1100 Folly
Rd, Warrington, PA 18976. New start location and scenic new routes in
Bucks County! Ride 25, 50, 75, or 100 miles on rolling terrain with a
few hills. All riders will visit picturesque Lake Galena in Peace
Valley Park. 50-to-100-mile riders will also visit our well-stocked
rest stop at scenic Lake Nockamixon.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration includes: marked route, cue sheet, rest stops, SAG
sup****t, and a post-ride meal (with vegetarian option). Rest stops have
a large assortment of home-baked snacks. Winner of LAB's "Best Century"
award.
