That's the thing, it's not my personal endurance, it's the time
factor. I feel like I could ride more, but I have stuff I want to get
done around the house, on various mechanical contrivances, etc...
that's why I was thinking of trying commuting even though the route
seems suicidal, it seems to be the only way to get more distance in.
