Canal Du Midi

Hi,

     My wife and I are biking down the Canal du Midi from Toulouse to
Narbonne, France this September.  We are wanting a slow, relaxing
sight-seeing trip and have allocated 12 days for the journey.  We are
looking for recommendations of places to stay, sights to see, and good
restaurants along the way.
