Ed Dolan the Great posted to the other cycling newsgroups at first in order
to attempt save ARBR. It was a dying and almost dead newsgroup devoted to
the re***bent style of bicycle. However, it is not possible to save a
newsgroup from itself.
Even so, to all of those who have posted to ARBR, many thanks.
However, almost all of my posts have to do with generalities and are
mostly
off topic. Therefore, they are suitable for the other newsgroups. Ed Dolan
the Great is a hard core cyclist of over 30 years experience and there is
damn little that he does not know about cycling. But he leaves that to
others to discuss.
Ed Dolan the Great now posts to the other cycling newsgroup because he
only
wishes to encourage stimulating conversation. It can be about cycling or
anything else under the sun. I do not interfere with on topic posts. What
gets posted to ARBR will get responded to with either the respect or
contempt that it deserves.
To all the kill filers present on these groups - you do not know what you
are missing. But that is ever the way of those who are deaf and blind to
what is happening around them.
