Nope. I think everyone that's tried this trick (including me) has taken
the wrong approach to it at first. Really, there is no need to kick at
all. If you just start out with a very fast rev and take your feet off
immediately after, the wheel flips by itself. Its very hard to do with
actually kicking for the flip.
