Job Description: IT Process Architect (with Six Sigma focus)
The Process Architect role offers the individual a unique op****tunity

engineering, innovative tools and operations to create fiscally
attractive business-technology solutions for fortune 500 enterprises.
Job Role: The Process Architect will work with IT operational and
executive groups at our various clients to evaluate and execute on
op****tunities for IT operational excellence. The projects will result
in driving efficiency and cost savings within the IT world as well as
demonstrate quantifiable benefit to the business community.
The Process Architect will be responsible for aligning IT with the
Business through:
· Defining, developing and deploying well-defined core IT and
business-interfacing processes
· Establi****ng appropriate synergies between IT and Business groups at
both operational and strategic levels
· Propagating a culture of continuous improvement driven by
measurement and re****ting of performance through the use of our unique
analytic re****ting tools
The ideal candidate should exhibit good business-technology leader****p
and have the have the ability to employ formal frameworks and
methodologies such as ITIL, Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)
to ensure successful startup, execution and completion of project
initiatives.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS - PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
· 4+ years of applicable work in process engineering (preferably in
the IT arena)
· 2+ years applying Six Sigma methodologies including DMAIC and DFSS
and associated tools such as QFD, FMEA, CTQ, SIPOC and
Cause-and-Effect analyses
· Strong project management experience
· Track record of delivering successful projects especially those
that are large in nature and require creative solutions to overcome
gaps
· Demonstrable history optimizing core IT processes ensuring direct
benefit to the business
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS - TECHNICAL
· 3+ years IT experience – Software development and/or IT
operations/management
· Knowledge of Software development lifecycle methodologies
· Exposure to IT operational processes including:
o Help Desk
o Change Management
o IT Asset Management
o Problem Management
o Application Management including techniques for extracting business
metrics from them
· Exposure to Enterprise Management tools such as Tivoli and HP Open
view product suites would be desirable

· Self-starter, results-driven and customer-focused and strong team
player/builder
· Operate under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for
independent judgment
· Enthusiastic company builder with a talent for recognizing
op****tunities for business growth and wear multiple hats when
necessary
· Excellent communication/presentation skills (written and verbal)
with the ability to effectively address audiences at both the
operational and executive levels
· Professionalism in appearance, delivery and follow-up
· Lead, motivate, and encourage other team members both at the
client/customer and within the firm
· DEGREE LEVEL CANDIDATES WITH A SOLID PERMANENT CAREER HISTORY ARE
REQUIRED
OTHER DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
· ITIL certification
· Black Belt or Master Black Belt qualification
· Exposure to CMM
